Koncert.ca (“Koncert”, “we”, “us”) helps you discover concerts and compare ticket prices. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, city, and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Preferences: artists you follow and notification settings.
• Usage data: pages visited, searches, and device/browser type (via analytics if enabled).
• Location: only if you allow browser geolocation, to show nearby concerts.

How we use information

• Provide concert search, followed artists, and account sync across devices.
• Send service emails (account verification, price alerts when launched).
• Improve the product and prevent abuse.

Third parties

We use Ticketmaster and other ticket partners to show event data. When you click a ticket link, you leave Koncert and their privacy policies apply. We may use Cloudflare for hosting and email providers for notifications.

Data retention & security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sessions expire after 30 days. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
